Going Only To The Gym In My Active Wear

For those of you who are familiar with the: “I’ll go to the gym tomorrow” phrase, I dedicate this post to you. After more time than I’d like to admit, I have finally gone back to the gym. My reasoning? Active wear…and the obvious health advantages, etc., etc. While I will always refuse to do any activities other than the gym in my active gear, I understand the smooth sailing that guides women into their active wear daily wardrobe. It’s comfortable, and if you’ve got the right gear on, you end up looking like a mix of sporty and posh spice. Personally, I’ve noticed that when I “dress up” (meaning, stylish active wear) for the gym, I tend to get more excited and motivated to work out. Fake it until you make it, right?

Pourquoi vous me demandez ?
